Refund policy

We wanted things to work out but.....

We encourage our customers to know their measurements before ordering as shipping and restocking items can take a toll on a small boutique. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

We offer free shipping to the customer upon purchasing from our store, however, shipping on return items will be the customers responsibility.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@scarlettsvintagefever.com for shipping address and instructions. 

If your return is accepted, you can choose to receive a non-expiring store credit in the amount of the original purchase price, or a refund issued to the original payment method for the original purchase price less a 15% restocking fee.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Our goal is to make things right and we rely on our customers to inform us when something is wrong by emailing us at support@scarlettsvintagefever.com


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products) and earrings or corsets. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and purchase the correct item you need while waiting on your return to be processed. If you don't need the replacement item right away, you can wait and use your store credit once the return has been accepted.

 

Refunds
Please note: Items accepted as returns for refunds will incur a 15% restocking fee. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we'll deduct the restocking fee from the purchase price and refund the remaining balance to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Please remember, banks and credit card companies might take longer to process and post the refund to your account.
